Therapy for Adults & Teens Navigating Anxiety, OCD, Depression, ADHD, and Life Transitions
How I can help you achieve optimal mental health:
Where there is hope, curiosity, and empathy, there is a way forward. If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, overwhelmed by life transitions, or exhausted from overthinking and trying to hold everything together, I offer a space to slow down and reflect. You may feel like your mind rarely quiets or that you’re caught in patterns you can’t shift. I specialize in helping adults and teens better understand their mental health, develop practical tools, and build healthier relationships — with themselves and others. My work focuses on anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, phobias, and the complexities that come with growth and change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and personalized.
I take an integrative approach, meaning I draw from evidence-based methods while tailoring our work to your unique needs, strengths, culture, and goals. Mental health is not a black-and-white process — it’s fluid, layered, and deeply individual. Our work together reflects that.
You can expect:
-
A steady, non-judgmental space
-
Practical tools alongside deeper insight
-
Honest conversation and thoughtful pacing
-
Support that challenges you without overwhelming you
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and building skills that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I hold a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (2008). My professional experience includes private practice therapy, executive functioning coaching, and teaching psychology at the college level.
Working across these roles has strengthened my ability to help clients understand both the emotional and practical sides of their challenges — whether that’s managing intrusive thoughts, improving executive functioning, navigating relationship stress, or moving through a significant life transition.
Above all, I believe meaningful change happens within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and collaboration. When that foundation is strong, growth becomes not just possible, but empowering.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. It’s also a sign that you’re ready for something to shift. If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We can briefly talk about what’s going on and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
